Read carefully before joining our affiliate program. You agree that you are NOT allowed to do the following things if approved for the affiliate program. By doing any of the following, you will be terminated from the program and agree that any commissions will be forfeited without recourse:

Domain Usage:  You can NOT use our branding or the powered-by branding in your domain. Using "MobiFirst Philippines" or the powered-by domain "MobiFirst Philippines" in your URL will lead to the immediate termination of your affiliate account or platform subscription.

Email Promotions:  Only send email promotions to your verified opt-in email list. Avoid purchasing solo ads, using safe lists, or engaging in spam-like activities.

PPC Campaigns:  You can NOT run "negative" PPC or I-frame domain campaigns that could create a negative image. Engaging in such activities will result in instant termination.

Affiliate Links:  It's recommended to use redirect links in emails and website campaigns rather than the direct affiliate link. This benefits both parties.

Commission Changes:  Be aware that commission on purchases is subject to change without notice. Regularly check for updates.

Allowed Practices:  I-frames, review sites, and cloaked domains are permitted as long as they do not contain offensive or negative URLs.

Payment Terms:  Affiliate payments are delayed for 30 days or affiliates with less than 3 sales.

Business Representation:  Represent our products accurately and avoid misleading claims, inaccurate information, or false testimonials. Violations will result in an immediate revocation of the affiliate account and/or platform subscription.
